How can I choose the correct size when I am buying online?
This is one of the most common questions we receive. We appreciate that it can be difficult and somewhat stressful trying to choose the right size when shopping online. This is why we have done everything possible to give our customers very clear, step be step, instructions about how to choose the right size. But we do not stop there! As soon as you place your order, depending on the product you have chosen and measurements entered, a member of the Flamencista customer service team may contact you to validate the information you have entered.
There are always a few things that you can do to help with this process such as measuring your feet more than once, asking someone else to do it for you, including your standard shoe size or the size of other flamenco shoes you have. We then cross-reference all this information to ensure the right flamenco shoe is made for you.
We will support you 100% during the ordering process to make you feel completely confident about your final choice.

If a product does not fit can I exchange it with another one?
Absolutely! We are the only online flamenco shop that offers this option for all products including the custom made ones! We appreciate that purchasing products online can be a daunting process so we offer you complete peace of mind by offering you the option of a FREE REPLACECEMENT! The only thing we will request from you is to send us the original product and cover only the return shipping cost via registered mail. How do you guarantee the lowest price on all products?
We ensure the lowest shipping costs worldwide for all our Flamenco products and we help you save on shipping by offering a flat shipping rate (the minimum fixed shipping cost) based on your total order value for different product categories.

Can I get a refund if I am not happy with a product?
Absolutely! We promise you that if you are not satisfied with the quality of the products and you find a product defect upon its receipt, we will offer a 100% refund. No questions asked! Are all your flamenco products made in Spain?
Absolutely! We only offer authentic products made in the birthplace of flamenco. We will never compromise on this principle and import cheaper, lower quality products.
Are all your clothes and shoes handmade?
They are 100% handmade in Spain by experts who have been practicing their craft for many years.
Are your flamenco clothes and flamenco shoes custom made?
All our flamenco shoes and clothes are made to measure after your order is placed. This why we do not ask the customers to choose a size based on pre-populated conversion tables. Instead we ask for your measurements in centimetres so that the right product is produced for you. To give you an example, in a few cases we have produced different size left and right shoe for customers to cater for their different shaped feet. Our flamenco skirts are tailor made based on your exact body measurements. We are the only online flamenco shop in the world that provides this service!
In addition, you can make your own flamenco shoes or customise your flamenco skirt by choosing from a wide range of material, colour and designs to create unique styles.
It is difficult to find wide fitting shoes for flamenco. Are your flamenco shoes suitable for very wide feet?
Yes they are. They are made to measure so we produce shoes for all feet widths from the smallest to the very widest.
I cannot exactly find the flamenco product I am looking for or I have a question. What can I do?
Please contact us! In Flamencista we take great pride in our customer service. You can reaach us by phone or email. We respond to all emails within a few hours (subject to timezone differences). We appreciate that purchasing over the internet is not always straight forward, especially when choosing the right size. We promise that we will do everything possible to make sure that you make a very accurate and well informed decision by providing all the support you require.

How long does production and delivery take?
Production and delivery times vary. Items in stock such as most flamenco accessories, can be available immediately but tailor made items will take longer. It is important to note that products such as flamenco shoes and flamenco skirts are 100% handmade after you place your order to ensure they fit your perfectly. Therefore production times can take several days. You can get an indication of our timescales by visiting our standard production times section. So far 100% of our orders have been prepared to or before our stated the standard production times. In some rare occasions we may have flamenco shoes in stock, in which case we will show it on our web site.
Delivery times really depend on the destination country. We cannot guarantee times as it heavily depends on local authorities (such as customs) and delivery companies. Again you can get an indication of shipping times in our production and delivery times page.
Are all flamenco products delivered at the same time?
One of the advantages when shopping from Flamencista is that each flamenco product will be shipped to you when it is ready. This means that products in stock or with short production times will be delivered sooner than products with longer production time. To give you an example if you order a pair of shoes and a skirt, you will receive the skirt first. Although this approach is not cost effective for us it is something that our customers prefer so we have decided to make it standard practice. Do you ship your flamenco products worldwide?
We have shipped flamenco shoes, skirts and all other products to numerous countries including Spain, Japan, Australia, Netherlands, Slovenia, Germany, Greece, USA (from Los Angeles to New York), Canada, Singapore, UK, Ireland, Russia, Latvia, France, Italy, Belgium, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Chile, Peru, Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, China, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, Ukraine, Estonia, Belarus, Czech Republic, South Africa, Turkey, India, Poland, Hungary, Israel, Venezuela, Colombia, Guatemala, Paraguay and many more other countries. What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by any credit/debit card or Paypal. All our payments use Paypal but you do not have to have a Paypal account in order to pay by credit or debit card. Is my online payment secure?
Paypal is the world’s largest and safest transaction platform and it is used by millions of people every day. Paypal creates a record of the transaction and gives the customer the opportunity to dispute a payment. We simply could not use a more secure payment platform.
What if I do not have a credit/debit card or PayPal account?
Our standard company policy requires Paypal or credit/debit payment. However, you can contact us and we can discuss alternative payment methods. Please bear in mind that we cannot guarantee that we can always accommodate your needs.
